I am a REALTOR®, a full-time professional. It’s not a hobby and not a part-time indulgence to me. It’s my passion and I take pride in doing it right. As a REALTOR® I have been a member, in good standing, with the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors since 2008. This is what I do. It is all that I do. I love my job and I strive to do the best job that I can, every time, with every client. I am very goal oriented. I stay focused on Your Goals.

Whether you are wanting to purchase a multi-million dollar property, a five thousand dollar property, or you are looking to find a property to lease that accepts Section 8 vouchers, I will treat you with the same respect and work just as hard. I stay on top of the law and rules governing real estate transactions and am continuously improving my skills and keeping them updated through the training and education offered through the various agencies and experts.

I am a trained Arbitrator for the Appraisal Districts of Texas, working with the Texas Comptroller’s Office. If you are protesting property taxes, I may be able to offer you some instance in preparing your appeal and even representing you at an arbitration hearing before your County Appraisal Board.

I am a native Houstonian so I am very familiar with all of the aspects of the area. I currently specialize in residential sales, purchasing, and leasing in the west, south, and southwest areas of the greater Houston area, from Katy to Friendswood and the NASA area. I have an office on wheels so I travel the area frequently and can handle most business at anytime, anywhere. When you call me, or write me, you get me, not an assistant. I accept emails, phone calls, texts, tweets, Facebook Messenger, and faxes so choose the communication that is best for you.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and have extensive training and experience in real estate. I love this business and love discussing any issues or questions that you may have, even if you are just curious about real estate, financing, foreclosures, affordable housing, schools, neighborhoods, or anything else related to real estate. Just use the “Contact Us” button to send me an email or give me a call and I will be happy to help.

Why hire me as your REALTOR®?

As a REALTOR®, I am trained in and is required to meet certain ethical and legal standards. A REALTOR® has certain fiduciary duties to the client: Obedience, Loyalty, Disclosure, Confidentiality, Accounting, and Reasonable Care.

A REALTOR® has access to all MLS information that he or she is a member of such as the sold prices and days on market. Sold prices and Days on Market values (including rental property) are necessary to provide an accurate value estimate for your property or the property that you are interested in. MLS data also includes previous values for properties that have been listed in the past so you can get a better history of ownership and sales trends. This information helps a client’s confidence that they are getting the best value for the property involved the purchase transaction. You don’t want to overpay and you don’t want to submit a value that is so low that the seller won’t even look at.

A REALTOR® can perform, and store, property searches and can schedule an appointment to show a property. Most realtors use a showing service for scheduling showings for listed properties and Only a REALTOR® will have access to the showing service.

A REALTOR® can create automated MLS email alerts for new listings, changed prices, or changed statuses of properties that match the criteria that you specify. You will receive the alerts every day so you won’t miss an opportunity to check out new listings before they are sold.

A REALTOR® has access to all forms from the Texas Association of Realtors and the Texas Real Estate Commission, knows which are needed for a transaction and what values should be entered on each form, for your situation.

A REALTOR® is a trained negotiator and can assist you with negotiating the best price and terms for the home purchase.
